In August 2025, following the July 2025 Texas Hill Country floods, we founded HERO E&C with one conviction:
Texas communities facing the greatest flood risk deserve direct access to senior-level water resources engineering—without unnecessary big-firm overhead.
Today, I serve as CEO & Principal Engineer of HERO Engineering & Construction, LLC, a San Antonio-based water resources engineering firm.
HERO E&C focuses on:
- H&H modeling and flood-risk analysis
- FEMA CLOMR/LOMR compliance
- Dam safety and flood-warning systems
- Funding-aligned project strategies, including TWDB FIF and other Texas flood programs
