Teaming Opportunity Map

Every listing from Teaming & Opportunities and Construction Teaming on one map, pinned to the city or county named in the notice.

A curated selection of public listings, not a complete list. Pick a pin or a listing for the details and the agency notice. Read the disclaimer.

Your office or a project address, with the city. The listings below then sort by distance from it.

On the map, a pin opens its listing; a click anywhere else lists the listings nearest that point. Click the map, then scroll to zoom, or hold Ctrl and scroll; click outside the map to scroll the page. On a phone, use two fingers.

Listings

The current listings appear here as soon as they load. Pick a pin on the map, or search a place to sort them by distance.

How to read this map

Two lists, one map
Teaming & Opportunities lists Texas drainage and water resources RFQs, RFPs and upcoming solicitations where HERO E&C can describe a specific support role; its sources are checked twice a week. Construction Teaming lists the featured construction bids from HERO E&C’s bid board. Both appear here as they are published there.
Where a pin sits
At the city the notice names. If the notice names only a county, the pin sits at the county’s centre and the card says “pin at county level.” State and federal notices are pinned the same way, by the project’s city or county, never by the agency’s office. A pin is not a project site.
Pin shapes
Teaming listings (engineering RFQs, RFPs and upcoming solicitations) and construction bids have different pin shapes; the legend under Layers & legend shows both. A number on a pin means several listings share that city or county, and the pin opens them as a short list.
Due and expected dates
An open listing shows the due date from the notice. An upcoming solicitation shows when the agency expects to issue it. A listing leaves the map on the day after its due date.
No pin
Statewide or multi-county notices, and notices whose city or county is not yet confirmed, are listed under the map without a pin.
Nearest listings
Search an address or coordinates, or click the map away from a pin, and the list sorts by straight-line distance from that place to each pin. The distance runs to the pinned city or county, not to a project site.
What a card holds
The agency, the kind of listing, the summary, HERO E&C’s role or note, and the links: the Teaming listing page or the contact form, and the agency’s own notice page. “Listings as of” is the date HERO E&C last reviewed the lists.

Known gaps

  • Pins mark the city or county named in the notice, not the project site. A county pin sits at the county’s centre, which can be far from the work.
  • The lists are curated. HERO E&C reviews public solicitations and lists those where it can describe a specific role; many Texas solicitations are not here.
  • Due dates and times are copied from each notice at the last review. Agencies change them by addendum; the agency’s notice page governs.
  • Address search places a point on the street from U.S. Census address ranges; it cannot find a city name alone. Use coordinates or a map click instead.
  • The map shows the lists as they stood at the last review, not the moment an agency posts or withdraws a notice.

Disclaimer

Information, not a solicitation. This map shows public solicitations and bid notices issued by the agencies named on each card, as HERO E&C last reviewed them, and U.S. Census Bureau address search. HERO E&C is not the issuing agency for any listing, does not represent an agency, and does not guarantee that a listing is current, complete or correctly located. Read the agency’s notice and its addenda before relying on any date, requirement or location, and send questions and responses to the agency as the notice directs.

A listing here is an invitation to talk about teaming. It is not an offer, a commitment to team, or advice on whether to pursue a solicitation. Exclusive teaming arrangements are decided case by case and require a separate written agreement.

Using this map does not create an engineer–client relationship. The address or point you enter is sent to the public services listed below to run the search and nowhere else. HERO E&C does not receive or store your searches. HERO E&C · TBPELS Firm F-27793.
