HERO E&C has opened Teaming & Opportunities at heroenc.com/teaming, a curated board of Texas drainage and water resources RFQs and RFPs. Each listing names the specific role HERO E&C can take on a proposal team. With the board, we are looking for firms to team with on Texas pursuits.
What the board shows
We check public sources twice a week. A solicitation is listed only after it has been checked against the agency’s official notice and we can describe a specific role HERO E&C can support. Each listing gives the issuing agency, the key dates, a summary of the agency’s requirements, links to the official notice and addenda, and the potential HERO E&C role. Listings can be searched, and filters for sector, region, specialty, solicitation type, and deadline appear when they help narrow the list.
An “Upcoming — not yet issued” section shows projects that an agency has announced but not yet solicited, for teams that like to plan early. Closed and cancelled listings move to an archive with their final status. The board is a curated selection, not a complete list.
Who we want to hear from
We want to hear from prime consultants and design-build teams pursuing Texas drainage, flood, and water resources work that calls for hydrology and hydraulics support. We also welcome firms whose services complement ours — surveying, geotechnical, environmental, or structural — on pursuits where drainage is central. The opportunity does not need to be listed on the board; early conversations about upcoming work are welcome.

Good teams form early. Every listing states what we would do on the team, so a prime can judge the fit before we talk.

How teaming works
Read the official notice and addenda, check the potential role on the listing, and send a short note about your pursuit to contact@heroenc.com. We’ll review your inquiry and get back to you.
A listing does not indicate selection, a contract, an exclusive relationship, or a confirmed team. Exclusive teaming arrangements are decided case by case and only by a separate written agreement. Always rely on the issuing agency’s official documents and addenda.
